After 18 years of running a Polish restaurant in London, Aga and Thomas decided to take a piece of Polish tradition to a whole new level. Over the years, they built a place where guests returned not only for the food, but also for the unique atmosphere, hospitality, and authentic flavors of Poland.

One of the restaurant's biggest hits was the tasting board featuring Polish liqueurs. Guests loved the opportunity to discover traditional flavors in a modern way – from classic cherry and nut liqueurs to more unexpected combinations. The board quickly became one of the restaurant's most recognizable attractions, attracting new customers and creating unforgettable experiences.

It was the overwhelming interest and enthusiasm of guests that inspired Aga and Thomas to create something bigger. Thus, CheersPaddle was born – a brand that combines the Polish tradition of tasting with a modern approach to celebrating moments together.
